PROCESSING TIMES

Every BDivine Naturals product is handcrafted in small batches to preserve the quality and freshness of our botanical formulations.

Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be handcrafted, prepared, and processed prior to shipment (outside of announced pre-order shipping dates). Business days do not include weekends, federally recognized holidays or announced shop closures.

During launches, pre-orders, restocks, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing times may temporarily be extended. Delays may also occur due to ingredient, packaging, or supplier availability. When a significant delay affects your order, we will communicate updates whenever possible.

Please note that processing time and carrier transit time are separate.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided using the contact information supplied at checkout. Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking updates and make arrangements to receive packages promptly, particularly during periods of extreme heat or cold.

Carrier transit times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed by BDivine Naturals.

Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order. BDivine Naturals is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us and is eligible for reshipment, additional shipping charges may apply.

If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check your delivery area and contact the shipping carrier for additional assistance.
