Temperature + Product Care

Each BDivine Naturals product is handcrafted in small batches using thoughtfully selected botanical ingredients. Our body butters are made with naturally temperature-sensitive ingredients, including shea butter and mango butter.

During warmer temperatures, your body butter may soften or melt while in transit. In colder temperatures, it may become firmer or temporarily freeze. These natural changes do not affect the quality or benefits of the product, but melting may alter its original whipped, airy texture.

If your body butter arrives melted, softened, or unusually firm, simply allow it to return to room temperature before use. Natural settling may also occur during transit.

Because weather conditions and carrier handling are outside of our control once a package has shipped, BDivine Naturals cannot guarantee the original whipped texture upon arrival.
