Extreme Temperatures & Content Settling
Each product is handcrafted with premium ingredients straight from the source. Two of the main ingredients in each body butter are shea & mango butters. When exposed to extreme hot or cold temperatures, body butters may melt or freeze. This will result in a change in consistency (from whipped & airy to soft yet, solidified) This may happen during transit depending upon transit time & how long the product(s) sits out. If your body butter melts or freezes, place in a room temperature setting. Contents may settle.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Each product on our site is carefully & intentionally handcrafted in small batches with premium oils & herbs. We strive for satisfaction with every single order. Unfortunately, due to the nature of each product & the current climate, refunds, returns and exchanges are NOT and will NOT be accepted under ANY circumstance to include stolen, damaged or lost in transit orders unless we are at fault. Only then will proper action be taken whether it be in the form of a refund or store credit.
Processing Times
As stated above, all products are hand-crafted in small batches. This is to ensure true quality & freshness. Therefore, please allow 2-7 business days for processing and shipping times as BDivine Naturals is a one-woman team. Weekends, federally recognized holidays & vacation days are NOT included in processing times. Processing times can and will be extended in the event of an influx in orders, back orders or supplier issues to include shipping delays, out of stock ingredients, materials or supplier back orders. Shipping Expectations & Delays
We are living in unprecedented times. Shipping times vary and are not guaranteed depending upon the postal carrier and/or option you select at checkout.
At the time of purchase, correct mailing addresses are verified. If the incorrect or wrong address is input at the time of purchase, BDivine Naturals assumes no liability or responsibility for a refund or to resend the order. If the reshipment of an order is eligible, another shipping fee will be required for a new label as the old one will not be eligible for the new order.
